Role Overview
As Food Mamba’s first dedicated Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching through closing, onboarding, and ongoing account growth—playing a key role in designing the processes that will scale our revenue. You will be the primary face of Food Mamba for your portfolio, responsible for building new relationships, expanding existing ones, and ensuring flawless execution of every meal program or event. This is an ideal role for a resourceful, service-oriented seller who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is passionate about creating memorable client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Sales Leadership – Identify target accounts, craft outreach campaigns, deliver tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with revenue targets.
* Client Onboarding & Enablement – Conduct detailed needs assessments, guide new customers through our platform, and coordinate initial orders or events to ensure a smooth launch.
* Account Management & Growth – Serve as the single point of contact for 40–60 corporate clients, driving retention and upsell across our three services (Mamba Daily, Mamba Hub, Mamba Pro).
* Event & Project Coordination – Collaborate with our operations team and vendor partners to finalize menus, dietary requirements, timelines, and on-site logistics; attend key events when necessary.
* Post-Sale Support – Collect feedback, resolve issues promptly, and translate client insights into actionable improvements for the product and service teams.
* Data Hygiene & Reporting – Maintain meticulous records in Zoho CRM, manage pipeline
stages, and provide weekly forecasts and churn-risk reports.
* Market Intelligence – Stay on top of food, hospitality, and workplace-experience trends to
position Food Mamba as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in B2B account management or full-cycle sales, preferably within catering, hospitality, or another service-heavy industry.
* Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets and nurturing long-term client relationships.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can build trust with an office admin and a CFO in the same day.
* Stellar organizational abilities; comfortable juggling 15+ live projects without losing detail.
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM (or a comparable platform), plus basic proficiency in Excel/Google sheets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
