This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Gurugram, NCR, India JobType: full-time We are hiring an Account Executive – International Markets (US) to own and scale the go-to-market motion across North America for an AI-powered mobile commerce platform. This is not a narrow account executive role—you will take full ownership of the regional revenue engine, from pipeline creation to deal closure and early account expansion. Working closely with the CEO, you will help define how the company wins in one of its most critical growth markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments, enjoys full-cycle selling, and wants to influence product and GTM strategy through direct customer insight. What You’ll Own End-to-End GTM Ownership (North America): Drive the complete go-to-market motion, from demand generation to closing and early customer expansion. Full Sales Cycle Execution: Source, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close mid-market to enterprise DTC and eCommerce brands. Pipeline Creation (Inbound & Outbound): Partner with SDRs and Marketing to build a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline. Consultative Discovery & Demos: Lead discovery calls to deeply understand customer goals, technical environments, budgets, and timelines, and deliver ROI-driven demos. Founder-Level Selling: Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic deals, pricing strategy, positioning, and closing large accounts. GTM Strategy & Feedback Loop: Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Product and Marketing to refine messaging, features, and roadmap priorities. Early Expansion & Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to convert early wins into long-term, high-value accounts.
