As an Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in connecting business owners with the funding they need to grow. You’ll manage the entire sales process—from outreach to close—offering financial solutions that create real value. What You’ll Do:

  • B2B Outreach: Engage with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their financial needs and uncover opportunities for partnership.
  • Drive the Sales Process: Own the full cycle—from first contact through to close—using a proven process that enables success.
  • Build Relationships: Develop lasting connections with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their business growth journey.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with a motivated, supportive team that shares insights, strategies, and successes.

What You Bring:

  • B2B Sales Experience: 3–5 years of success in business-to-business sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • End-to-End Sales Acumen: Skilled in prospecting, selling, and closing deals in a competitive industry.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to clearly convey value and build rapport.
  • Goal-Driven: You’re results-oriented, self-motivated, and energized by achieving and surpassing your objectives.
  • Resilient & Focused: Comfortable handling objections and staying positive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
  • Tech-Friendly: Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce) to manage your pipeline and stay organized.
  • Team-Oriented: You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to a strong team culture.

What Does Our Interview Process Look Like?
1. Virtual Phone Screening – A brief 15-minute intro chat with one of our HR team members via Google Meet. We’ll share more about the role, the team, the culture, and our mission while learning about your experience.
2. On-site Interview – Meet our Sales Manager in person alongside our HR Director. This will act as a more in-depth version to your first phone screen, we’ll really get into the day-to-day of what your past roles have looked like and give you a more broad overview of the position here at Forward Funding.
3. Decision – Offer or feedback.
