Job Description
As Vention’s newest Account Executive, you play a pivotal role in helping businesses seize the incredible opportunities around industrial automation. Our solutions help our customers address the realities of labor shortages, reshoring, or upskilling their employees. Vention’s solutions support our customers in overcoming these challenges and more. Our Commercial Account Executives are part of a Sales Pod, supported by Integration Coaches, Application Engineers, and Sales Leadership. We win as one, together as a team.
- Support customers in finding the optimal solution for their automation needs
- Work both inbound and outbound leads to target client accounts including opportunities discovery, pipeline building and quota achievement;
- Develop existing business opportunities and prospect for new opportunities with new & existing clients;
- Build skills as you become an expert in discovery calls, sales process, qualification methodology, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing;
- Work through a qualified pipeline; including forecasting, nurturing and delivering results consistently;
- Work and communicate closely with Vention Application Engineers to manage the development of projects using our 3D MachineBuilder design tool and MachineLogic simulation tool;
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You bring 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferred industrial automation or robotics;
- You have excellent communication skills in French, as well as in English
- You are at ease speaking with and presenting to clients and love picking up the phone!
- You have a passion for customer success and the ability to listen and detect client needs;
- You showed the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and enthusiasm
- You have a deep interest in engineering topics and have a genuine curiosity to explore how things work;
- Experience with any sales tools such as: Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Seismic, is considered an asset;
