Position Summary: Our sales team is looking for their next high-performing Account Executive (AE), who will be responsible for selling the cybersecurity services FRSecure provides to external parties, driving growth and revenue of the organization. This role is focused on finding, developing, and building new business services to new clients. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in building lasting client relationships, with SMB and enterprise customers, and has exceptional follow-through. Working Location: This position is available on a full-time hybrid basis in Edina, Minnesota. It is also available remotely in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin. Application Deadline: February 20, 2026 with potential to extend What Your Day Looks Like as an Account Executive: Target (primarily SMB, some enterprise) prospective clients and perform cold calls in an effort to win new business Perform introductory calls with clients and begin to establish a professional relationship Review proposals to ensure accuracy of information Strive to close deals to grow the revenue of the organization Successfully meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual closed sales quota Follow up with existing accounts to ensure deadlines will be met and client satisfaction Regularly test and innovate sales techniques and strategies for securing new accounts Consistently build upon knowledge of FRSecure and the organization’s service offerings Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity solutions Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Cultivate strategic partnerships, build rapport, and nurture client relationships Working Hours: This is a full-time position worked Monday-Friday each week, with the expectation that the responsibilities can be completed in 40 hours each week. Primary business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time, however this position offers some flexibility in working schedule, while most importantly maintaining the expectations of the position, completing projects within defined deadlines, and participating in all company and team meetings. Travel: There may be occasional day or overnight trips in which this position would be asked to participate in including trade shows, prospect or client events, conferences, or other sales travel. Travel is typically between 5-15%. Requirements What You Bring to the Account Executive role: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience closing deals as an Account Executive or equivalent quota-carrying role Background in cybersecurity or IT sales Previous experience with CRM software required Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas Motivated by results, takes initiative, and driven to succeed Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail Proven ability to develop relationships, as an active listener who takes a genuine interest in client needs and goals Demonstrated team player mentality and ability to collaborate to achieve both individual and shared goals Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite products Salary: FRSecure believes in and operates with equitable hiring practices. The starting base salary range is between $65,000-75,000, not including any bonus, incentive commission, or benefits. Average annual On-Target-Earnings (OTE), when meeting or exceeding determined quota after ramp up, is between $120,000-160,000. The base salary and/or range displayed on each job posting reflects the defined starting salary range for the position across the United States. Within the range, pay offered is determined by a variety of factors that include but are not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
