Description

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities with general contractors. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting our landscaping solutions that meet those needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of landscaping products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors in the area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Present and propose landscaping services and solutions tailored to contractor needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Track sales leads, manage accounts, and meet sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate product and service in terms of our customer’s technical/manufacturing needs
  • Follow up on leads and properly track and focus on all opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends/developments that effect target markets
