As an Account Executive dedicated to supporting key government ministries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of public services. Our team partners with Dutch government organizations to deliver secure, AI-powered workflow and decisioning solutions—optimizing processes, enhancing citizen engagement, and ensuring compliance with national and EU regulations. Pega is recognized as an industry leader by Forrester and Gartner, and we are proud to support the digital ambitions of the Dutch government.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels within government ministries, including CIOs, programme directors, and policy makers.
• Collaborate with both business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and co-create proposals that align with government policy, public value, and compliance requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices for designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable applications and AI-powered solutions that address public sector challenges such as citizen service, case management, and inter-agency collaboration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Pega technology and the unique needs of government organizations.
• Share insights on industry trends, Dutch government digital initiatives, and EU regulatory changes to help ministries maximize outcomes and future-proof their operations.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities within government accounts, ensuring a consistent focus on high-impact, mission-critical projects.
• Partner with Pega’s ecosystem of systems integrators, advisory firms, and implementation specialists with strong public sector experience to deliver end-to-end value.
• Provide thought leadership to government clients, helping them adopt AI and automation responsibly and in alignment with public sector values.
