Colt is expanding its focus on the UK mid-market segment and is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to re-engage dormant accounts and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a new business-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering value to mid-sized enterprises.
What you will do
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and growing revenue within a portfolio of dormant or under-engaged mid-market accounts in the UK. Your focus will be on:

SALES EXECUTION & COLLABORATION

  • Achieve personal sales targets focused on reactivation and growth within the mid-market segment.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery) to ensure customer success.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques and leverage MEDDICC or similar methodologies.
