POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general direction, you will be responsible for executing the sales process and developing a positive ongoing relationship with Guardian customers. Throughout this process, a successful account executive will identify prospects, determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives while closing sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives. Additionally, maintaining an active proposal backlog and conducting building surveys to support the development of estimates will be key to success. In support of the sales process, the account executive will develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that Guardian is meeting their requirements and therefore ensuring long-term customer loyalty.

We focus on design/build projects that help reduce energy usage (gas, oil, electric, etc) in New England for non-residential building owners and operators. We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success selling energy efficiency and capital projects for commercial buildings.
