As an Account Executive - Health, you will leverage your extensive network within the Canadian healthcare ecosystem—targeting health providers, payers, and healthcare organizations—to drive sales of Applied AI solutions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We want candidates who are passionate about the transformative potential of AI in healthcare and who bring strong enterprise sales expertise. Specifically, we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Established networks within Canadian healthcare or public sector enabling quick opportunity qualification and pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and working with executive leadership teams (ELTs), including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Comfortable presenting complex solutions to senior healthcare decision-makers.
  • Based in Alberta (AB) or open to relocation.

WHAT WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR:

To ensure we don’t waste your time, please note we are not seeking candidates with:

  • Pharmaceutical sales backgrounds (e.g., pharma reps).
  • Pharmacists or individuals with clinical/healthcare roles without enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Candidates with consumer-focused sales experience rather than business-to-business (B2B) enterprise sales.
  • Healthcare professionals or leaders with no proven sales track record.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed revenue growth and meet yearly revenue targets for your portfolio.
  • Drive the development of new business and sales opportunities within your designated accounts and region.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for sales activities within targeted healthcare accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes, templates, and standards tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients to establish sustainable, high-quality recurring revenue.
  • Advise healthcare clients on their AI/ML adoption journeys, recommending the best-fit solutions to meet their business needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure our clients are delighted.
  • Demonstrate excellence in pipeline management and hygiene within sales and CRM tools.
  • Lead the development of contractual agreements and pricing strategies.
  • Identify and foster partnerships with hyperscalers, consultants, SI, and academic partners to support revenue growth and strengthen solution offerings.
