Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

✅ Prospecting and Lead Generation – Develop new business opportunities within HKM’s diverse suite of services, including direct mail, large format, offset/digital printing, fulfillment, and branded products.
✅ Pipeline Management – Effectively manage sales opportunities from lead to close, keeping the pipeline full and moving.
✅ Negotiation and Closing – Confidently close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
✅ Client Relationship Building – Establish trust and long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
✅ Strategic Planning – Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, results-driven solutions that drive growth and enhance client retention.
✅ Market Awareness – Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to provide strategic value to clients.
✅ Account Management – Assist with managing existing accounts with care, ensuring flawless project delivery while identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WITH:
