Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Nurses Care, Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth with a strong background in Marketing and Business Development. WIth a primary focus on Private Duty Nursing (PDN), Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and other specialized services. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of these programs and has a proven ability to generate qualified referrals and build long-term relationships with referral partners, families, and case managers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Salary range: $70-100k (depending on experience level)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3+ years of Marketing/Business Development experience in home health, or healthcare marketing.
  • Proven experience with PDN services, and IEP coordination preferred.
  • Solid understanding of federal case management, Medicaid/Medicare (as applicable), and payer authorization processes.
  • Excellent networking, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, with strong motivational, organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Territory coverage assigned. Cincinnati, Dayton and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability in business development and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Undergraduate in nursing, social worker, marketing, or other related fields.

Responsibilities
  • IEP-Focused Outreach:
  • Partner with school districts, special education coordinators, and advocates to support students with IEPs requiring in-home nursing or therapy services.
  • Facilitate the coordination of care plans with school nurses, parents, and therapists.
  • PDN Marketing & Case Development:
  • Identify and develop referrals for pediatric and adult PDN cases.
  • Collaborate with hospitals, pediatricians, neurologists, case managers, and long-term care coordinators.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong communication with referral sources to ensure high satisfaction and repeat referrals.
  • Act as a liaison between families, clinical teams, and external partners to streamline admissions and care coordination.
  • Community Outreach & Strategy:
  • Represent the agency at industry events, advocacy groups, and local networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of tailored marketing materials with an emphasis on PDN, IEP, and other specialized services demographics.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on supportive activities, referral volumes, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in strategic planning sessions with leadership.
