OVERVIEW

Dovetail Software is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding sales team in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to represent and sell cutting-edge SaaS-based HR solutions to enterprise organizations across the UK & Europe.
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and relentless closer who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative SaaS sales environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from sourcing new opportunities to closing deals—while leveraging support from our sales engineering, marketing, and product teams.
Please note: Although this is a remote role, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to meet with prospects and customers across the UK & Europe as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in full-cycle SaaS sales (from prospecting to closing).
  • Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Demonstrated success selling B2B SaaS solutions (preferably HR Tech, CRM, or HCM) to enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with a consultative selling approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value, multi-year contracts.
  • Experience working in the UK & European enterprise market preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline, developing new opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Travel regularly to meet with prospects and customers face-to-face, building strong relationships and trust at senior levels.
  • Engage C-level and senior HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders, positioning Dovetail as a strategic partner.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, articulating how Dovetail’s HR Service Delivery solutions solve business challenges.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge, delivering tailored presentations and business cases that highlight our differentiated value.
  • Accurately track pipeline progress and sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to refine strategies and improve customer outcomes.
