Overview We are seeking an Account Executive (Hunter) to drive net-new logo acquisition across LATAM, working both directly and through partners. This role is 100% focused on new business development, selling Axway’s Integration portfolio to complex, regulated, and enterprise-level customers. You will own your territory end-to-end: strategy, pipeline creation, partner engagement, customer meetings, and deal execution. Location: São Paulo, Brazil (preferred) | Brasília, DF (considered) |Must be able to work from the São Paulo office and travel locally and regionally Why Join Axway? Responsibilities Drive new logo acquisition (100% hunter role) across LATAM, selling in all verticals EXCEPT for FSI accounts. Sell Axway’s Integration portfolio, including FUSION, MFT, Amplify, and B2B solutions Own direct and indirect (partner-led) sales within the assigned territory Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, identifying priority accounts, verticals, and partner opportunities Build strong relationships with system integrators, channel partners, and local alliances to accelerate pipeline and deal closure Act as a trusted advisor, using value-based selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, PBR, reference selling) Navigate and manage sales cycles, including compliance with local procurement laws and processes Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and pipeline-generation initiatives Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings targets Travel to customer sites, partner meetings, and Axway trainings as needed Qualifications 10+ years of experience selling complex software solutions in a multinational environment Proven hunter profile with consistent over-quota performance Strong experience selling Integration software solutions (iPaaS, MFT, B2B, API, or related technologies) Demonstrated success selling in LATAM markets, both directly and through partners Strong partner/channel sales experience in LATAM and Brazil Language fluency required: (Basic or elementary proficiency will not be sufficient) Portuguese – fluent or native English – advanced / fluent Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive deals to close Willingness to travel within the region when required Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Company Overview Axway has been shaping the future of enterprise integration for over 25 years.
