What you’ll do Own the SME to Mid-Market sales cycle: From outbound calls to closing deals, you will own the full-cycle sales process and be in control of your success. Generate new business across the mid-market Food & Beverage ecosystem Initiate discussions and build interest with potential partners for the business in restaurant groups, caterers, industrial food producers. Arrange meetings with potential partners and set the sales cycle up for success. Work cross-functionally with construction, design, and Ops to craft deal structures and timelines Own your pipeline in SalesForce and forecast accurately, with attention to deal health, next steps, and blockers Contribute to our Mid-Market sales motion by sharing best practices, refining pitch decks, and identifying vertical-specific opportunities What we’re looking for Experience: 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field. Being bilingual in English and French is a must. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, business operations, and the challenges faced by regional players (advantageous but not essential) Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Consultative selling skills: You are intellectually curious and have exceptional closing skills. Problem-Solving: Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions and continuous improvement. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
