JOIN OUR SALES TEAM AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – GENEROUS COMMISSION RATES!

We are looking for two Account Executive contractors to join our New Zealand team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective business clients through outbound calls and digital outreach with assistance from our Business Development and Digital Marketing teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development or consultancy sales - ideally in freelance, commission-based environment
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads and mange a full sales cycle independently
  • Experience using CRM systems efficiently and effectively
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling - ISO knowledge is a strong plus
  • Able to manage time, resources and workload in a results-driven structure
  • Professional, respectful and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
  • Generate Business Leads: Proactively identify, approach and secure new business opportunities. You are expected to independently build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Communicate Our Value: Articulate IMSM’s core value with clarity and confidence. Help prospects understand how we support ISO certification and how we differ from competitors
  • CRM and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of your activity, pipeline and forecasts in the CRM. Forecasting is a key deliverable as part of reporting to our Private Equity group
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our ISO standards and consultancy offerings
  • Pricing and Sales Execution: Understand pricing and service models to present clear compelling proposals. Deliver high conversion rates from the qualified leads from our Business Development and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Cross Sell and Up Sell: Actively look for opportunities to provide additional services or refer clients to our Axiom GRC sister companies
  • Performance Mindset: Operate with a “beat your best” mentality. Take ownership of performance and push through challenges to exceed personal sales goals
