THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven business development specialist to join our team on a full time basis in an exciting and impactful sales role.
As a Legal Solutions Consultant in our fixed fee projects team, you will handle a high volume of inbound SME leads, speaking with business owners to understand their commercial legal needs, from business sales and purchases, franchising and leasing, and general commercial contracts to employment matters and trade marks.

Your primary goals are to:

  • Identify opportunities and convert leads into paying clients for fixed fee projects
  • Scope and quote legal projects with commercial focus
  • Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Assist with client onboarding to ensure smooth handovers

This is a high-energy, high-volume sales role perfect for someone who thrives on closing deals and smashing targets. Success in this role requires exceptional persuasive communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a relentless drive to hit and exceed targets. You’ll need to explain legal concepts in business-friendly language while maintaining focus on closing the deal.
Previous experience in B2B sales, professional services, or legal services is highly valued. A legal background is helpful but not essential - we can teach you the legal knowledge, but we need someone with proven sales instincts and deal-closing abilities.
