JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the strategic development of a Affinity business. You will have a strategic impact on the development of belairdirect. Implement retention and growth strategies with Affinity partners to ensure corporate growth. Communicate and articulate the organization’s strategic vision concerning business plans, growth plans, products and business philosophy. Analyse business opportunities and constraints with the region and make recommendations to assist pipeline development and support account managers in the implementation of their business plan. Assist in the preparation of the business development plan, bonus and expense budgets for the region. Develop an operations plan for the Team to attain the region’s objectives.
