Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to spearhead sales for our IT staffing and staff augmentation services, while leveraging our broader software development expertise. This is a hunter role: you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while positioning our staffing and development capabilities as strategic enablers for client success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, Procurement Leads).
  • Understand client staffing and software development needs, and position tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Stay current on Canadian staffing trends, IT workforce demands, and the competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company in a professional and consultative manner at all times.
