About the role The Kyriba Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business. The Account Executive is assigned the territory to manage, develop and market Kyriba’s solutions in order to secure new subscription business in our Software-as-a-Service business model. Working in collaboration with sales leadership and other teams, the Account Executive engages with VP, Senior VP and C-level contacts within prospective customers developing relationships and closing business at or above expected and assigned levels per period. What you’ll do Build, nurture and execute a pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive bookings within your territory. Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business. Effectively structure conversations to deeply understand customer challenges and strategically propose Kyriba's solutions. Responsible business conduct within his/her assigned accounts: in-depth understanding of the account’s strategies Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, Requests for Information and pricing requests. Analyze situation and implements solutions, or develops new approaches Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to Kyriba Sales management team. What you’ll do 社内の関係部署と協業しながらパイプラインの構築および育成を行い、担当するテリトリーの既存/見込み顧客に対し提案営業を行う。 見込み顧客の発掘から受注までの全ての営業プロセスを主導する。 顧客の課題を深く理解するために効果的な会話を構築し、戦略的にKyribaのソリューションを提案する。 担当するアカウントに責任を持ち、継続的な関係構築を図りアカウントの経営・業務課題を把握する。 RFI/RFPに関するするリクエストに対し、関係者と調整し回答する。 状況を分析し、ソリューションを提案する、あるいは新たなアプローチを開発する。 商談の詳細情報をSalesforce に適宜アップデートし、キリバ・ジャパンのセールマネージメントチームと商談を積極的にドライブする。 What you bring Results driven individual with high-touch sales experience in enterprise applications or business applications. Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic solutions. Have a mindset to work as a team and interpersonal skills to enhance smooth collaboration with stakeholders, technical team, Kyriba head office, and partner companies. Experience in SaaS solutions sales required. Proficiency in AI for work required. Native Japanese Ability and Intermediate English Speaking and Writing ability.
