Account Executives manage a portfolio of clients, working with them to set up arrangements to purchase their Accounts Receivables and managing the collection of these accounts in a professional manner. This role requires the nurturing of relationships with both clients and key contacts within their clients’ organizations, and being able to effectively collect on open balances while respecting the important relationship between the organization and our clients.

Qualifications needed are:

• Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Excellent customer service skills; experience in a customer service role an asset
• Able to communicate difficult information in a friendly and professional nature, and effectively handle difficult conversations
• Relationship-building ability
• Good judgement and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
