Jobtracks Caribbean is looking for an Account Executive with experience in customer relationship management and knowledge in the Human Resources or recruitment sector to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for managing clients, ensuring an excellent and personalized service experience. The role also involves working closely with the recruitment team to ensure our clients’ staffing needs are met efficiently and in the shortest time possible.

REQUIREMENTS OF AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:

  • Experience in the position or similar role, preferably in an employment agency, human resources consulting or service sales role.
  • An Account Executive must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, organized manner with a high level of attention to detail.
  • An Account Executive must have knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field (Preferred).
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish), preferred.
Responsibilities
  • An Account Executive must serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and strengthening business relationships.
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs to provide effective staffing solutions.
  • An Account Executive must ensure that customers receive an exceptional service experience and maintain constant communication to address their requests and questions.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to coordinate the candidate selection process, from posting vacancies to presenting appropriate profiles to the client.
  • An Account Executive must ensure that the candidates submitted meet the client’s requirements and fit their organizational culture.
  • An Account Executive must oversee the candidate onboarding process and follow up with the client to confirm satisfaction with the talent provided.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities in staffing services or related business areas to increase account value.
  • An Account Executive must prepare and present proposals for additional services to clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
  • Keep informed about trends in the industry and share opportunities for improvement or services with the client.
  • An Account Executive must record and update all account information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Generate progress and results reports for each client, including satisfaction and performance metrics.
  • An Account Executive must handle administrative tasks related to contract tracking, invoicing, and documentation for each account.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
