ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to join a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. We’re looking for a teammate who has amazing communication skills, a passion for sales, a desire to solve customer problems, and is comfortable cold calling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Engage in outbound prospecting into local governments, primarily through cold calls
  • Uncover prospect problems on discovery calls
  • Show how we solve their problems with customized software demos
  • Demonstrate our impact and win the business with persuasive proposals
  • Coordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive deals to a successful conclusion
  • Drive traffic to various events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and activity metrics
  • Use a CRM to track and update sales funnel
  • Contribute to and execute on sales strategy for the company
