Youll own the full sales cycle from first contact to close targeting HR and recruitment leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies.

Youll:

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles with an average deal size of 25K
• Run consultative discovery calls and product demos that match client needs to our solutions
• Collaborate closely with BDRs and marketing to build a strong, high-quality pipeline
• Work alongside leadership on strategic sales planning and market expansion
