It is not remote, nor is it hybrid.* Summary At Kelli's, you aren't just an Account Executive. You're a Customer Advisor, where you’ll help each client get more from their gift shop—from curated assortments to higher margins—by bringing them personalized guidance and best-in-class service. Responsibilities Account Management: You’ll work exclusively with current and prior B2B accounts—no cold calls involved. Grow revenue across assigned accounts by crafting monthly account action plans and hit/exceed a defined sales quota Act as a true consultant recommending winning assortments, seasonal buys, and replenishment strategies Drive category performance by analyzing sell-through data; suggest add-on items and new categories Manage daily outreach using phone-based sales activities, plus email/text follow-ups Strengthen partnerships to resolve objections, diffuse tough conversations professionally, and keep every commitment Leverage data by maintaining detailed CRM notes to fuel smarter, longer-term growth Requirements Experience: 2+ years of phone-based B2B sales experience required (can be inside sales, account management, or similar.) Skills: Strong confidence and communication across phone, email, and text Technology: Comfortable using Excel, CRM systems Problem-solving ability and a consultative, customer-first approach Experience in gift, wholesale, or retail distribution is a bonus Compensation: $60K - $100K+ (Base + uncapped commission)
