Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end email marketing strategies for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, balancing creative innovation with data-driven decision making
  • Build and optimize high-performing Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Lead client relationships as their trusted strategic advisor, running meetings and presenting performance insights with confidence
  • Guide cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers) to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
  • Maintain meticulous quality standards through comprehensive pre-launch review of creative, technical, and strategic elements
  • Analyze campaign metrics and customer behavior data to continuously refine segmentation and optimization strategies
