Job Summary We’re hiring skilled Account Executives (AEs) to join our network of top-tier sales talent across LATAM. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and driving revenue. You’ll work directly with clients in English-speaking markets (primarily the US and UK), using proven sales processes and tools to consistently hit quota. This is an ideal opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, remote environments and are eager to grow within a high-performing international team. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals with SMB and mid-market clients Collaborate with SDRs or lead-gen teams to convert qualified leads Build relationships with prospects through consultative selling and tailored solutions Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to optimize GTM strategy 2–5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (SDR, AE, BDM, or similar) Proven ability to close deals in B2B environments (SaaS experience is a big plus) Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup Experience selling into US, UK, or global markets preferred 💰 Competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications 🌎 Fully remote – work from anywhere in the world 🚀 Join high-growth, tech-driven companies with ambitious goals 📈 Long-term opportunities with performance-based promotions
