The Account Executive (AE) manages a defined portfolio of accounts that have generated $10,000 to $50,000 in sales over the past three years. This role combines relationship management, consultative selling, proactive outreach, and product expertise to expand revenue within the mid-tier customer base. AEs partner closely with SDRs, Senior Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to create an exceptional customer experience and support long-term account growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Management & Growth a. Manage a portfolio of accounts valued at $10K–$50K in 3-year sales b. Build strong customer relationships through consistent outreach c. Re-engage dormant accounts to drive reorders d. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 2. Sales Execution a. Recommend products based on customer needs b. Prepare quotes, proposals, and order guidance c. Maintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting d. Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration a. Partner with SDRs on warm handoffs b. Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on high-growth accounts c. Work with Operations, Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey Requirements 3+ years sales or account management experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Experience using CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot or NetSuite preferred) Background in furniture, home décor, hospitality, or luxury goods is a plus At Ledge, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
