Description Account Executive Job Description: Account Executive Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Strategy Manager Position Summary We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Account Executive (AE). This unique position will require a versatile candidate who can effectively generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: · Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify potential customers. · Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage with prospects. · Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. · Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing relevant information and solutions. · Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system. · Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements. · Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition. · Travel locally on a daily basis to visit prospective and existing customers, with the ability to conduct up to approximately 5–16 in-person client visits per day, depending on territory and scheduling. · Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. · Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. · Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the uniform rental industry or related field. · Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and close deals. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. · Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software · Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory during business hours · Reliable transportation and the ability to maintain punctual attendance at client meetings. Travel Requirements · This position requires extensive local travel within the assigned territory during standard business hours. · The Account Executive is expected to conduct frequent in-person meetings, typically visiting approximately 5–16 client locations per day, depending on territory size, scheduling, and business needs. · Travel may include multiple stops per day, route planning, and time-sensitive appointments. · The successful candidate must have reliable transportation sufficient to meet the essential travel requirements of the role. · Mileage reimbursement and other travel-related expenses will be handled in accordance with company policy. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · This role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while driving or seated during meetings. · The employee must be able to move between locations, including entering and exiting client facilities throughout the workday. · The position requires the ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with clients, prospects, and team members in person, by phone, and electronically. · The employee will frequently operate a computer, mobile device, and standard office technology for CRM updates, presentations, and reporting. · Occasional light lifting or transporting of work materials (such as sample garments or marketing materials) may be required.
