Description

RESPONSIBLE

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Generate, verify, and send invoices to customers while ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Credit Control & Risk Management: Assess customer payment history, set credit limits, and minimize financial risk.
  • Payment Tracking & Reconciliation: Track payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices, payment plans, and account status.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and monthly financial summaries for management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the FMCG or frozen food industry is an added advantage.
  • Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
