As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business growth so that we can expand our presence and impact in the Danish SMB segment.
As our new Account Executive, SMB, you will be part of our Business Sales team, reporting to Joakim Jensen, Sales Manager. The team currently comprises passionate individuals working from Copenhagen, focused on delivering exceptional sales performance and driving customer acquisition within the broader Commercial function.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential SMB customers in Denmark.
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales to potential new business clients.
  • Manage short sales cycles, typically closing deals via phone.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Take full ownership of building and managing your own pipeline.
  • Use CRM tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize the sales process.
  • Provide insights to improve our sales strategy and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Industry background: Experience in financial services is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Language skills: Native-level Danish and fluent English
