Job Description As an Account Executive Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Account Executive Leader to drive strategic initiatives and achieve overall business objectives. The position focuses on partnering with clients to design and implement strategies and solutions that accelerate payment growth and enhance Visa’s revenue streams. This includes fostering client satisfaction and engagement while ensuring Visa’s strategic priorities are aligned with those of the client—a delicate balance that defines success in this role. Responsibilities also include expanding acceptance in emerging payment areas such as eCommerce, promoting non-cash transactions across Indonesia, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen client preference for Visa. Additionally, the role involves managing financial performance through business case development, revenue forecasting, and deal structuring, ensuring compliance with incentive programs and alignment with regional budgeting processes. The role further emphasizes maintaining a robust sales pipeline and current account plans while collaborating on team strategies and translating them into actionable client plans. It requires identifying new business opportunities and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize engagement strategies and proposals. Supporting business reviews through ad-hoc analysis for both clients and internal stakeholders is a key responsibility, along with ensuring the successful execution of team, country, and regional objectives. Ultimately, this position demands strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a proactive approach to driving growth and innovation within the payment ecosystem, while balancing Visa’s objectives with client priorities to create mutually beneficial outcomes. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Qualifications: 8 years of relevant experience, with a track record in client management or account management, ideally within payments, banking, or financial services. Familiarity with payment solutions and merchant acceptance trends, including eCommerce and non-cash payment initiatives Skills and Competencies Negotiation skill to strategize with client priorities, ensuring balanced outcomes for both sides. Strong relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders and influencers. Analytical capability for business case development, and analysis Effective collaboration across teams to implement engagement strategies and proposals.
