Responsible for providing our VIP guests with first class service and amenities. Hosts will be required to develop and track recurring patrons and build client base by personal interaction and utilizing player reports. Responsible for acquiring new high value patrons, building relationships with and servicing those customers leading to increased loyalty and revenue from new customers. Responsible for increasing revenues from existing customers that are assigned to them while maintaining specified profitability requirements. Maintains specified levels of outbound calling activity and external event attendance to host and acquire new VIP level customers.

All employees must be able to speak, read and write in English and be able to articulate clearly and audibly.

• Abillity to obtain IRGC gaming license. Arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.
• May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
