Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our BRIC Builders team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role you will be responsible for contributing to business growth objectives of Bovill Risk & Insurance Consultants Pty Ltd Group by development of new business and retention of existing business, specifically in nominated accounts within the BRIC team. We will count on you to: Collaborate and Partner for Client Value: Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implement renewal and broking strategies, and investigate new business opportunities. Inspire with Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality client service, manage client expectations, and oversee the training and development of team members. Satisfy and Reach with New Technologies: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, manage documentation, and maintain technical knowledge across multiple product lines. Share Knowledge through Data and Analytics: Input client information into business systems, gather data for renewals, and monitor service delivery across quoting, renewals, and claims.
