Responsibilities

As an Agency Account Executive, you will:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and a successful handoff to Customer Success, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Pipeline Management and Conversion: Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking opportunities and demonstrating a consistent ability to advance deals through all stages.
  • Showcase Value: Articulate and sell IAS’s full suite of measurement, optimisation, ROI solutions to agencies and effectively differentiate IAS from competitors.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across agencies.
  • Achieve Targets: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals as a key member of the region’s top-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate to Succeed: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to develop tailored growth strategies for key business portfolios and actively engage with the broader Sydney team, participating in team events, knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative and supportive internal environment.
  • Be Accountable: Rigorously adhere to all internal operational procedures, including timely updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), consistent meeting attendance, and proactive contribution to shared planning documents
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain consistent and proactive communication, ensuring availability and responsiveness to internal teams and clients during core business hours (e.g., via Slack, email, and phone).
