Job Overview
Your knowledge of online media combined with your interpersonal skills and analytical abilities crafts how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide world class client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of T-Ad’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
T-Ad’s advertising sales team is a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers and agencies, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate our new to market ad solutions. Our team of entrepreneurial, hardworking and customer-focused team members are the “human face” of T-Ad’s, helping agencies and brands to connect with their customers better and grow their businesses.
T-Mobile Advertising Solutions will be growing its enterprise sales efforts and is in need of a seller capable of building a book of business and scaling revenue across solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts across agencies and brands including building and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline, drive in quarter revenue against defined sales targets, and build broader coordinated partnerships with strategic clients.
  • Identify and scale clients within core assigned verticals, with a particular focus on the QSR category, providing value and thought leadership to T-Ads partners.
  • Build strategic brand and agency partnerships using the full T-Ads suite including the T-Mobile Tuesday loyalty platform, Mobile App Install, Rideshare, DOOH, CTV, First Party Data, and other programmatic media.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years of Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.
  • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Relationship Development: Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.
  • High Performance Teams: Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • New Business Development: Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both internally across teams and externally, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.
  • Critical Thinking: Capable of consultative selling, identifying client needs and surfacing the most impactful solutions, analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Cagegory Expertise: Knowledge of the advertising industry with particular understanding of QSR category needs and solutions.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
