Ideally we are seeking SDRs or Recruitment Consultants who would like to develop into a role giving full visibility over the 360 sales cycle, who are looking to contribute to to the growth of the Teamtailor brand within the Australia and NZ market.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes. Identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals and closing new opportunities
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as marketing, partnerships, or customer success.
  • Growth mindset: Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.
  • Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
