WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of relevant experience (some or all of this in the Middle East).
- Currently working in the Middle East and forged strong relationships with crypto and TradFi clients in the region
- Experience in the family office, asset management, VC or fund space in the Middle East
- Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual new business sales targets
- Proven track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and nurturing those leads through the sales cycle and then managing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Success in driving customer expansion and advocating internally for customers’ unique needs.
- Experience using CRM tools to track leads and new opportunities.
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a familiarity of staking.
- Self-starter who is excited at the prospect of growing a business in a fast developing sector. Someone who is ready to get involved with every stage of the sales cycle
- Pragmatic and solutions-oriented: always looking for more efficient and effective ways to do things.
- Has a high EQ and love working with a growing team.
- Past experience in engaging with financial and legal regulators and managing a business/business unit subject to regulatory oversight.
- Excellent business communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first organization. Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Good understanding of how the various functions of a regulated financial services business operate (e.g. Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing).
- Experience in working with a multi-national business.
This position will be located in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, working remotely with our global team.
