Description
You will build connections with executives and business and technical decision makers through consultative engagement in the assigned accounts to establish trust and credibility in future interactions. You'll also outline revenue targets to deliver on account plans. You will seek feedback from customers of assigned accounts to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and establishe action plans to improve their overall experience and leverage internal resources to support customer needs. You will embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) of experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) and/or driving digital transformation OR a Master's Degree in Business Administration Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology). OR equivalent experience 3+ years account management experience OR equivalent. 3+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives. 3+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals. Azure Certifications and/or business value selling certifications preferred.
