Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Executive is a key part of the Sales organization working directly with Pre-Sales, Marketing and reporting to the VP of Sales. This role will be responsible for the development of assigned accounts within Mid-Atlantic region including achievement of sales and profit growth targets and the execution of the company’s short and long-range goals. Activities will include executing the full sales cycle from prospection to contract signature, building sales campaigns, prospecting new accounts and account management. It will also include working with Product Management and Marketing to identify new verticals and calibrate the sales messaging. The role will focus on selling GridGain’s entire product and services portfolio in the Mid Atlantic Region

REQUIRED JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop, establish and maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients
  • Execute the full sales cycle
  • Coordinate with Legal and Management to negotiate commercial terms and conditions, contracts and pricing commensurate with customer commitments to Company
  • Coordinate execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreements (CDA)
  • Lead the Pre-Sales team in sales presentations and POCs
  • Produce weekly and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Timely update of CRM and monitoring of KPIs
  • Account and Project Management
  • Provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product and process improvements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives
