Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the GRC industry is a must; if not, a strong background in security is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Have experience with Force Management, Command of the Message, Sandler Sales Methodology or an equivalent sales process.
