We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, growing revenue, and driving technology solutions across a managed services portfolio. The Account Executive will be responsible for retaining and expanding client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver value-added solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of MCA’s Core Managed IT Services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven business acumen with a strategic, client-first mindset
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing sales or pre-sales role
  • Ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes for operational efficiency

An effective Account Executive maintains a full calendar focused on client engagement and business development. Monthly in-person or virtual meetings help deepen customer relationships. The most successful team members proactively manage client accounts, regularly communicate emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats, and help drive growth. Administrative and reactive tasks are transitioned to Solutions Specialists, allowing Account Executives to focus on strategic, high-value client interactions.

  • Grow and manage assigned client base to maximize retention and satisfaction
