Description JOB DESCRIPTION AND JOB POSTING INFORMATION Position Overview & Responsibilities: The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that our services meet their hiring needs. This role requires a driven individual with a deep understanding of recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management. Business Development: Identify and target potential clients for recruiting services, via research, cold calling and emailing, referrals, etc. Sales Strategy Execution: Execute on the company’s sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business growth. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their hiring goals, challenges, and opportunities. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Operations, Contracting) to deliver top-notch services that meet client expectations. Market Research: Stay informed of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify business opportunities. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, client activities, and business development efforts to senior management. Requirements Requirements: Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has: Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting services, processes, and industry dynamics. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals in a B2B environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently to senior-level executives. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close business deals. Customer-Focused: A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams. Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
