Job Description Job Title: Account Executive Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site during ramp and training, with remote flexibility after ramp based on performance and business need. Location: Tampa, FL Required Qualifications 1 to 2 years of mortgage industry experience (retail, correspondent, or wholesale) 2+ years of sales experience Strong communication skills and comfort with outbound activity Detail oriented and able to thrive in a production-driven environment Comfortable working with the microsoft office suite and CRM tools Team player with a service-first mindset Preferred Qualifications Wholesale lending experience Non-QM experience Existing broker relationships or the ability to build a book quickly Duties Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound activity (calls, emails, and follow-up) Track contacts, pipeline activity, and outreach in the company CRM Build and maintain relationships with current and new mortgage brokers Maintain sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports Train brokers on HomeXpress products, policies, and procedures to ensure loan files are complete and within guidelines Work directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs that drive production Stay current on underwriting guideline and program changes Support brokers through the loan process, including pre-underwriting and pre-qualifying files as needed Provide ongoing service and support to broker partners Compensation Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year Supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities and commission pay.
