As Account Executive, you should have a strong passion for technology and have experience selling Managed IT Services to small and medium-sized businesses in Toronto.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Account Executive, you should have a strong passion for technology and have experience selling Managed IT Services to small and medium-sized businesses in Toronto.

  • Location: Richmond Hill
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities (20-30 calls per day).
  • Develop strategies for outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our managed IT services using our marketing collateral
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with a presales engineer
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ needs and aligning our service offerings accordingly.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce) and provide regular reports on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Confidently present to a C-level audience
  • Engage face-to-face with clients regularly in-person, or virtually
  • A deep understanding of the Managed Services Landscape, including Microsoft Modern Workplace, security, and cloud solutions.
