We are seeking an Account Executive to join our MuleSoft team in Italy, focusing on the Retail & Fashion market . This role is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success and a strong network in Energy & Utilities. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer success. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Experience driving large deals with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, driving proactive account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a consultative, outcome-based approach.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, professional services, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver value and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to maintain customer engagement and uncover new opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on industry trends, integration strategies, and MuleSoft’s product roadmap.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the Retail&Fashion market to build strong pipelines and close deals effectively.
