Key Responsibilities

  • The SC reports to the VP of APJ and MEA with a dotted line to a team leader based out of Singapore
  • Responsible for the development and closure of net new business within APJ region.
  • Handling a set of existing named accounts
  • Focus on the key growth areas of Managed Services around Networking (including SDN/SDWAN) and Field Services
  • Candidate needs to have a “hunter” mentality, enthusiasm and energy
  • As part of the sales team, develops a competitive sales strategy to enable NCR to be better positioned to meet the customer’s objectives, and anticipates competitor’s actions
  • A consulting approach is used to build solid customer relationships whereby the SC becomes a credible and consistent source of executive alignment in key accounts.
  • Cultivated good alliances and partnerships with the OEMs to ensure they understand our value proposition in supporting end customers.
  • Analyses creation of solution offer and proposal development to ensure it promotes value based pricing
  • Resolves escalated customer satisfaction issues
  • Provides clear direction, champions change and influences others to achieve the common goals defined in the business strategy
  • Communicates any message in a clear, concise, timely and professional manner to successfully convey ideas, concepts, resolutions and fair customer negotiations
  • Works as part of a team and leverages SME’s to build and present best in class solutions to its clients

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
  • 8 years plus of related experience
  • Full Geographic mobility across Global client with a focus on APJ.
