Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client´s needs
  • Strategic plan to improve client results
  • Negotiate contracts with client and establish the timeline of performance
  • Collaborate with sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationship, maximizing profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams
  • Work with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc) dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality delivery and that all client needs are met
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Resolve client issues and complaints
  • Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management insights
  • Ensure our solutions are successfully delivered on time and according to our customer needs and objectives
  • Keep current clients satisfied, delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on Social Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in market research industry
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and changing customer needs.
  • Organizational skills
  • Desirable knowledge of CRM Systems.
  • Understanding of market indicators such as demand and billing.
  • Knowledge of English or other languages (desirable).
  • Knowledge of customer reaching platforms such as LinkedIn or Hubspot (desirable)
