As we adapt our offering and go-to-market strategy we’re now looking for an Account Executive to help drive our next phase of growth. The Role As an Account Executive at Alva Labs, you will focus exclusively on new business acquisition. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our market presence by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers within the SaaS and HR-tech space. You will own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to deal closure — and work closely with multiple stakeholders on the customer side, as well as internally with marketing, product, and leadership. Your work will have a direct impact on Alva’s growth and on how organizations around the world make hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SaaS market Drive pipeline generation and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (e.g. HR, legal, procurement, security) Understand customer needs and position Alva’s solutions as the best possible match Present and communicate the value of Alva’s products in a clear and compelling way Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategy and market needs Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategy What We’re Looking For Experience Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, focused on new business Background in SaaS sales with experience managing full sales cycles Experience in complex, non-commodity sales and stakeholder-heavy processes 3–5 years of total commercial experience (sales, commercial CS, consulting, etc.) Skills & Profile Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Hunter mentality — proactive, driven, and comfortable pushing deals forward Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders Structured, self-motivated, and target-oriented Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally Fluency in Swedish and English (required) Nice to Have Experience or network within HR-tech, recruitment software, or psychometrics Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) What We Offer A chance to work on a mission that truly matters — shaping a fairer and more effective job market Talented, ambitious colleagues who hold themselves and each other to high standards Values-driven culture built around Take Ownership and Raise the Bar Individual compensation & benefits package Office-based setup in central Stockholm (minimum 3 days/week on-site) The Hiring Process Application with screening questions Psychometric assessment (we practice what we preach) First interview Second interview Case exercise Background check Offer, sign — and happy dance 💃🕺
