ABOUT THE NEW BUSINESS TEAM:

Our sales team works with customers across gaming, ecommerce, social, finance, and more! We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our top-tier team. Our ideal team member is an ambitious, self-starter who is excited about making a difference in the EMEA Region, and is able to demonstrate strong sales execution and understanding of mobile performance marketing. This role will be working to acquire and grow new customers for Liftoff’s Accelerate and Direct offerings. This will include prospecting all the way through to closing and growing accounts during their first six months of working with Liftoff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of relevant new business sales experience of in-app programmatic / performance advertising
  • Experience establishing relationships with C-level executives and senior marketers
  • Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients
  • Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experience
  • Ability to confidently represent Liftoff’s solution and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in the field of mobile advertising
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • A strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible to travel to client/industry events as required
  • Mobile advertising experience and an understanding of how MMP attribution works
  • Programmatic or ad tech sales experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Leads prospecting, acquire and grow new Liftoff customers
  • Manage and grow client accounts through a strategic and consultative approach. Core responsibilities include: meeting clients & managing client expectations, negotiating sales proposals, revenue reporting to internal leadership team, liaising with internal teams to solve complex client queries, providing customers with valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going, consultative relationship
  • Expanding product adoption by upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Utilize analytical skills to analyze customer performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Attend key industry events and conferences
